Standard series Permanent handle series Supreme series
The handle is made of durable cherry wood rather than the widely used magnolia wood.
The blade is hand-forged “Aogami #2 Steel”(A2).
These knives are made of a unique combination of seasoned rosewood and “Aogami #2 Steel”(A2). The tang of the knife is made of stainless steel.
This will ensure that the knives will last as long as possible.
This series is our best seller.
In search for the sharpest and most durable knife possible, we use the highest grade “Aogami Super Steel”(AS) with our seasoned rosewood handle.
The “Aogami Super Steel” (AS) is of a superior quality, compared to the  “Aogami #2 Steel”(A2). Combined with our expertise, this allows us to produce a knife that will keep a fine edge longer than any other knife on the market.
This series will set the benchmark for years to come.
