Our kitchen knife is finished to be very sharp, and therefore can cut well with minimum effort. If you apply too much pressure on the blade, the edge can be possibly chipped. For our customers’ convenience, we offer a one-time free re-sharpening service for each new knife we sell. (Subsequent re-sharpening will require a service charge.)
Please follow the instruction below for your knife to receive the one-time free re-sharpening service.

* Send us the product, the “free re-sharpening ticket” and returning postage (which can be in the form of International Postal Money Order (IPMO)). If you want to pay with PAYPAL or bank transfer, please contact us via e-mail and inquire about the returning postage in advance.

* After we receive the knife and the payment of the returning postage is cleared, we will dispatch the knife within 3 working days.

Please feel free to inquire about services of re-sharpening and repair. In most cases, only sharpening is needed to revive the knife.
