Preface	>Top Hexagon is a strange polygon, which closely resembles a circle. Six is also a number which we could manage. Six would be the maximum number which we could pursue consensus. I would mention six important neighboring countries around Japan; US, Korea, China, Russina, and Vietnam. In 2005, I could visit Vietnam five times for the research activity of OSS in Vietnam. Vietnam is focused on a country representing developping countries with their diligence, and belonging to the sama edge of Sinic civilization. Such fundamentals will be an essential measurement to understand each country.
